A Case Study on Pre-service Teachers’ Question Types within the Context of Teaching Practice Course

The purpose of the present study is to investigate pre-service teachers’ question types used during teaching practice course and how have changed course. In study, qualitative method was adopted, research design a multiple case study. participants are two teachers Emel Naz who were taking Teaching Practice II in elementary mathematics teacher education program one state universities Turkey. Data collected through audio records lessons, semi-structured interviews, lesson plans prepared by observation notes. Questions they asked three lessons their analysed according Sahin Kulm (2008) framework. findings indicated that addition factual, guiding probing questions; self-answered, yes/no general questions emerged from data. Furthermore, there differences variety most remarkable difference questions.
